How We Work

After an initial consultation or chat and gathering a brief history on your current project or proposed new one, we would then visit yourself, the site or, look over relevant documents in the case of a new project and supply an independent report on our findings, and if required advice on how to improve current operations.

After we have submitted our report or findings it’s then a matter of the best course of action for yourselves as every situation varies, it may simply be a case for your own team acting from the report after a briefing or a case of Curnow implementing certain action on your behalf, hands on instruction, setting realistic production goals and showing how to achieve them.

This would be determined on a case to case basis.
